Hey guys!

Thanks for stopping by my page.  I guess I should introduce myself… My name is Cassie, and I am a public accountant, a wannabe runner, a fiancee, a daughter, a sister, and a friend (in no particular order!).  I’ve been reading health and fitness blogs for a while, and they have truly inspired me to live a healthier life.  I have never had huge body image issues (except that one time, when I thought my knees were ugly… I was 7.  rookie mistake!).  I do want to start my adult life as a happy and fit person though,  so these blogs have come along at the right time.

I am writing this blog to help myself and others maintain a healthy lifestyle.  My job, and many others demand a lot of my time – I don’t think I’ve worked a 9 to 5 day since I interned!  This shouldn’t stop anyone from being healthy, happy, or fit.  I am training for the Broad Street 10-mile Run in May, and I don’t plan on letting my job get in the way of that goal.  I am also trying to plan my wedding (ahh!) without going crazy, so I have to balance my time with that also.  It will be an exciting year, and I hope to get to know you all along the way.
